为丰富员工生活，展现我公司和谐友爱的文化氛围，6月8日，由集团公司办公室自发组织了成陵两日游户外活动。这次户外活动主要场地是距离成陵旅游景区八公里以外的我公司农场。农场占地约500多亩，包括两个池塘，十余亩农田。当日傍晚抵达农场，同来10余人无一不被这里静谧的自然环境所陶醉。按照之前的活动计划，我们进行分工，开始了这次户外活动。
女生负责准备晚饭，洗菜、串烤串儿。男生则找木头，搭篝火，拉电线……不一会，丰盛的晚宴就准备好了。办公室所有同事齐聚一堂，围坐在一起，卸下了平日工作的紧张与压力，觥筹交错、畅所欲言，真有一种家人团圆的幸福感。饭后，大家一边烧烤，一边唱歌，冷了就在篝火边取暖，一直热闹到半夜，这样的感觉既有户外拓展训练的挑战，又有亲人团聚一块的温暖。
次日，还未用过早饭，就有同事拿着鱼竿去钓鱼。负责活动策划的伙伴预先在选定的山坡上藏了20件宝贝，剩下的人则在农场的山坡上进行“寻宝活动”。烈日当头，因为宝贝实在太有诱惑力，我们表现出了异常的毅力与耐力。一个小时过去了，两个小时过去了……幸运的伙伴找到了4件礼物，大多数伙伴一个都没找到。看来，这项活动是相当富有挑战性的。在我们的一致抗议下，参加寻宝活动的伙伴都得到了礼物。下午，我们又进行了打沙包，跳大绳，打扑克等活动。大家舒展着久未运动的筋骨，全身心投入到各种活动中，斗智斗勇，到处都是笑声、尖叫声，好像回到了童年。
